If you’re a nutella fan your likely to love these creamy nutella swirl cheesecake bars.I shared this recipe earlier today around the Recipe Critic and had to talk about it here aswell because I understand you'll all think it’s great! Nutella and cheesecakes are among my two favorite desserts so these bars really achieved it for me. They're extremely delicious and addictive so make sure to eat a bar and put the others way.

Don’t let these beautiful cheesecake bars fool you because this nutella cheesecake is incredibly an easy task to make. With just 5 ingredients within the cheesecake, and 2 within the crust, this nutella cheesecake is just about probably one of the most impressive deserts you may make that may sure get that promotion. Ingredients

  • For the Base:
  • 9 graham crackers
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter melted
  • For the cheesecake
  • 16 ounces 2 bars full-fat cream cheese, at room temp
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup Nutella warm


Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325F. Grease underneath of the 8x8 -inch baking pan with butter or line it with parchment paper; reserve.
  2. For the bottom:
  3. Inside a food processor, process the graham crackers into fine crumbs. Add the melted butter and pulse maybe once or twice to totally incorporate. Pour in to the lined baking pan and gently pat down evenly with hands or base of measuring cup. Bake for 5 mins. Remove from oven and pour cream cheese mixture onto it. 
  4. For that cheesecake: As the base is baking, place the cream cheese and sugar in stand mixer (or yourself). Beat for just two 2 minutes until light and fluffy. Add eggs individually, beating among. Lastly, add vanilla and beat to mix before mixture is smooth and lump free. Pour mixture onto the baked graham cracker crust and smooth right into a single layer. Drop large spoonfuls of Nutella together with filling and swirl gently having a knife.
  5. Bake half an hour or before center only slightly jiggles. Remove from your oven and cool completely then refrigerate for at the very least 3 hours (or freezer for one hour). Once set, remove from pan utilizing the parchment lining and slice into 9 bars.
