Smoothie season has officially occur and we have been sure enjoying it around here.  We can’t go each day without creating a smoothie or two. They're healthy, quick, and delicious. Plus, they're packed with a great deal of vitamins, calcium and fiber.  My kids love them instead of ice-cream and I couldn’t be happier with the truth that they would have a smoothie over ice-cream!

I’ve tried a huge amount of different combos for smoothies. When you can name after that it I think I would have tried it now or then. Among the best simple combos is apple and strawberry.

This smoothie is sugar-free and fast and simple to create (as always). Just toss the ingredients inside a blender and you’re done!

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 apple cored and peeled
  • 1/2 cup milk Any kind, we used low-fat
  • 1 ⁄2 cup strawberry vanilla, banana, or plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons honey

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process for 1-2 minutes or until smooth and creamy. Enjoy cold.
